This information is then used to provide a holistic assessment of the current state of play, projecting forward to the outcome on the current trajectory, and establish the delta between what was expected and what is being delivered.
We identify options and recommendations for recovery including the recovery roadmap and delivery trajectory and can deliver the recovery itself if the client desires this.
